Copyright notices
A copyright notice should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and exact URL, the complaining party's contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and a physical or electronic signature. Send notices to feedback@sophoninc.com.
Counter-notices
A counter-notice should identify the removed material and prior location, include the required good-faith and jurisdiction statements, provide contact information, and include a physical or electronic signature. Independent legal advice may be appropriate.
Other abuse
Reports involving malware, phishing, impersonation, privacy, trademarks, unsafe store links, or unlawful content should include the affected URL, evidence, risk, and requested action.
Review process
Find Good Apps may preserve evidence, restrict access while investigating, request clarification, forward a notice when lawful, restore material when appropriate, and act against repeated or bad-faith abuse. Submitting a false notice may have legal consequences.
